Order Change Policy

If we can make your desired changes without having to start over on your product we will, at no additional cost to you (other than any up-charge associated with the change). If your product is too far along in our production process to make the desired changes without starting over on a new product, we will still make your changes for a 20% change fee to help cover our lost time/materials on the original product. Since our production times vary throughout the year, the time it takes for products to enter production also varies. If you are interested in making a change to your order, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to check on the status of your order for you.

Order Cancellation Policy

Stock and warehouse items are items that ship in 1 to 2 business days. Orders for these items can be canceled with a full refund issued, as long as the item has not been shipped. Once an item has shipped, the Return Policy applies.

Custom items can be cancelled within 48 hours of when the order was placed, and a full refund will be issued. After the initial 48 hours and before shipment, items can still be canceled and refunded, but the refund will be reduced by 20% of the item's original purchase price, due to process interruptions and used materials.

Return Policy

Our return policy varies depending on the type of product you purchase. The below policies are for items you wish to return new and unused. We do not accept returns of used items. For details regarding warranty issues, see our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Stock items and warehouse items ship in 1 to 2 business days, and can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of shipping. Items must be new and unused, with any included tags still attached. Any items with visible signs of use, or noticeable odors, will not be accepted. You must reach out to our customer service team to receive return approval prior to shipping any items back. All approved items must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving return approval. The customer is responsible for any shipping expenses involved. Refunds are given in the original method of payment.
