The ultimate 2-person quilt! With a closed footbox and individual draft control, the Accomplice is the perfect quilt for couples looking to lighten their load on the trail. A proprietary draft blocker at the head end keeps warmth inside, and the individual neck and side openings allow each person to adjust for comfort in a wide range of temperatures.

The Accomplice is a quilt, not a sleeping bag, which means it's designed to be used with a sleeping pad to provide insulation underneath you, between you and the ground. The Accomplice doesn't have zippers or built-in hoods, saving weight and space in your pack. The Accomplice comes with Standard Accomplice Straps. For alternative Accomplice pad strap options (for wide or double pads), click & purchase separately HERE.

Works too well!!

Right off the bat I was skeptical about a quilt over a sleeping bag. Never heard of them before never seen one. But I can tell you Im never going back to a mummy sleeping bag! Im 5foot6inches a super cold sleeper and active sleeper ( female). My Husband is 6foot4inches warm sleeper, and he moves around less in his sleep than I do. We purchased the long accomplice in the -12degree bag. I was very afraid of being too cold as its been a problem for me in the past but the opposite problem occured. WE WERE SO WARM! And comfortable! The weather was hotter on our trip than expected I think the coldest night was probably at plus10. We slept right on the ocean, if I was in my mummy sleeping bag ( rated for -7 ) I would have been cold. The extra body heat I get from Andrew is excellent and rolling around was totally fine, I thought the side of the quilt would allow air in and be freezing in the middle of the night but it didnt! I have never been so comfortable tenting! Andrew was able to stay cool enough by taking his feet out of the foot box, and flipping back the edge of the quilt. He also thought the length might be to short but it wasnt. We liked it so much we are seriously considering buying a -1degree long accomplice to take on the next adventure. We couldnt cuddle at all as we both got way to warm, we didnt even use the draft collar or snap it around our necks. We have a double mat and put a sheet down so your not directly on the mat and that was a good idea! We used the quilt on our five week honeymoon back country motorcycle trip and it definitely made the trip more enjoyable!

Better than expected

I've finally been able to get a few trips with the quilt and I'm very impressed. Lowest temperature we've seen so far is about 40F degrees, highest temperature was 57F. I got a 20F degree quilt and so far I've had to sleep naked every night. My fiance has slept with just a shirt. We have a double pad (highly recommend) and I thought it would be uncomfortable sleeping directly on the pad, but its honestly very comfortable. I was definitely a little clammy waking up o the 57F degree night, but I would have been worse in my 35F degree bag. Very impressed with how warm I've been able to sleep in. I'm 100% confident I could sleep comfortably in 20F degrees with some base layers on, and probably down to 10F degrees if I wore my jacket and booties. We briefly tried putting our sleeping bags under the quilt and I'm sure we could easily sleep in -10F using both. I'm extremely impressed with the giant range of temperature that is comfortable in this quilt. Having two people definitely increases warmth though. If I was solo on a 30F night, I might want to wear a t-shirt and pants, but with my fiance I don't think I would need to. I changed my order after I placed it and customer service was amazing. Overall I'm super happy I chose EE and I'll be coming back if I need another quilt.
