The Enigma is our lightest and most minimalist quilt. Pairing the beloved quilt template of our Revelation Quilt with a completely sewn-closed footbox, it's the perfect ultralight quilt for those who always get cold feet. Exceptionally warm as well as extraordinarily light, the Enigma offers upper body freedom of movement, while providing structure for your feet. The Enigma doesn't have a zipper or a built in hood, saving even more space and weight in your pack.

The Enigma is a quilt, not a sleeping bag, which means it's designed to be used with a sleeping pad to provide insulation underneath you, between you and the ground.

If you need a size, temperature, down fill, or color that isn't available here, consider ordering a Custom Enigma.

Stock 20 degree/ regular/ wide

I love it! I have 8 nights sleeping in it and I found it very comfortable while night time temperature where in the mid to high 20's. I slept in light weigh LJ's and a thin cap on top of a insulate air pad and in a mid. Packs small and light!

Enlightened equipment is great, they shipped within days of my order. Quality seems excellent but time will tell with durability. My other bag is a feather friends that is 15+ years old with countless nights, washes, and even a resuff from FF... it's still hanging in there but I decided it was time to try a quilt and I love it! Thank you!

Enigma 20 degree, 850 fill, long/wide

This was my first experience using a backpacking quilt. I used it for a 60 mile hike on the JMT. As I get older, I need to get lighter but still have comfort. The enlightened quilt came through in a big way. I love everything about it and highly recommend this quality quilt. I am 6' 3", 220 lbs. and was snug as a bug. I also used the versatility of the quilt and used it as a blanket type setup instead of a bag which worked awesome for the lower elevations.
